Science and research are crucial for the credibility, impact, and future development of lifestyle medicine as an evidence-based discipline which improves health and wellbeing at both individual and population levels. With this in mind, one of the 91ºÚÁÏ’s key aims is to strengthen and expand the evidence base for lifestyle medicine, by supporting our members to expand and deepen their involvement with research.
This page will support this effort by acting as a hub of resources to support members who are interested in research at different stages of their journey, from building confidence in understanding and appraising evidence, to becoming involved in research activity and contributing to the wider lifestyle medicine evidence base.
The content on this page will expand progressively and will include content such as learning resources and signposting to research opportunities and funding sources. We have included some initial resources and opportunities below, and we encourage members to return to this page as it evolves.
